BlackFin ADSP-BF533 & BF535 Workshop

BLACKfin DSPs, based on the Micro Signal Architecture (MSA) that ADI jointly developed with Intel® Corporation, simplify the programming model for systems requiring both high performance DSP code and efficient control code. This workshop is designed to show what BLACKfin processors are.

ADSP-BF533/BF535 and VisualDSP++ Development tools are used throughout the workshop to enforce the understanding and implementation of MCU/DSP algorithms. The core and peripherals of ADSP-21533/21535 is covered thoroughly. Hands-On the software and the hardware tools constitute the major part of this workshop. It offers techniques to analyse, encode and synthesise signals in MCU/DSP applications. It extends the hardware design consideration to include RTO System using VDK (from ADI) and 3 rd parties’ tools. Click here for Schedule

*The price covers: Lunches, refreshments, set of notes, CD and goodies!

Objectives

You will be familair with BlackFin architecture resourses. You will be able to solve a particular problem for real-time and non real-time DSP control tasks. You will be acquainted with the up-to-date VisualDSP++ development software tools. You will be familiar with the specific hardware and software tools to develop a complete MCU/DSP design cycle.
